ABOUT SYDNEY

Committed to Social Mobility

Sydney is the Founder and Managing Director of Loop Not Luck. Loop Not Luck is a Diverse Talent Acquisition Platform providing candidates with a personalised stream of data-driven career opportunities and organisations with exposure and access to underrepresented talent.

Sydney has mentored and coached students for over 5 years alongside being an advocate for increased social mobility and equitable access to career opportunities. Her passion for careers education is channelled through her role on the board of the Career and Enterprise Company's Youth Advisory Group, School Governor and direct work with students helping them to identify their strengths, understand the career paths available to them and supporting them in achieving their ambitions.

Having been entrepreneurial from a young age, Sydney enjoys juggling multiple initiatives and doing her part to address the challenging and systemic societal problems. She is driven by the desire to improve social mobility and increase access to opportunity.
